Delivery Area:
We will deliver to throughout Baltimore, Howard, and Carroll Counties. Delivery is free within a 15 mile radius. Our delivery fees are very reasonable in the event we have to charge. 16 - 30 miles $30.00.
Rental Agreement :
Upon making your reservation, you will receive an email with an attachment containing a copy of our Rental Agreement, Safety Rules, and a Invoice. Please read over these documents. Feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any questions. Please sign the rental agreement along with the safety rules and fax them back to us at 410-922-9091 or give it to the delivery driver on the day of your event.
Rain/Weather Policy:
During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds 15 mph or more, etc) , we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. If conditions are not too severe, we will give you the option of keep it or not. If you decided to keep the unit for the term of this rental agreement, there will be NO REFUNDS!
Rental Periods:
Our rates are based on an all day hour rental period. All day is up to 8 hours. Our latest pick up time is 9:00pm. Pick up times after 9:00pm will be charged an hourly fee of $25.00. Any pick up requests after 11:00pm will be charged an overnight fee. Overnight rentals can be arranged in secure or fenced in areas for an additional fee of $100. The unit must be accessible to our staff for pick up by 8:00am the following morning.
Methods of Payment:
Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal, business, or corporate checks. All checks must be received 7 days prior to event date.
Yard Requirements:
The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks, mulch, rocks. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Backyard Bounce Party Rentals, LLC WILL NOT be responsible for damage done to any irrigation systems or underground wires or cables.
Electrical Requirements:
We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker, i.e. kitchen or bathroom outlets, to run the blower that keeps the air blowing in the inflatable. If no electrical outlet is available, a generator can be provided for an additional fee.
Delivery and set-up:
We do all the work. Backyard Bounce Party Rentals will delivery set up, take down, and haul away our equipment. Also, please do not clean our fun food machines.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Customer will receive a full refund of deposit with cancellation at least 4 days prior to event date. If customer cancels less than 4 days prior to event date BACKYARD BOUNCE PARTY RENTAL, LLC will keep the deposit. Customers may apply it to a future rental within a 30 day period of cancellation. No Refund or Credits will be issued after the equipment has been delivered, even if the equipment is not used. All Weather Cancellations must be made by 8:00 AM the date of the rental to receive refund of deposit. If the equipment malfunctions or is inoperable, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to notify BACKYARD BOUNCE PARTY RENTAL, LLC immediately at 410-496-JUMP (5867). If BACKYARD BOUNCE PARTY RENTAL, LLC is not notified and given a chance to correct the problem, no Refund will be given.
Does Backyard Bounce Party Rentals have liability-insurance?
Absolutely. We are insured with enough liability insurance to do business with the schools department, the parks and recreation department, business corporations, and other organizations or association's that require their vendors to be insured and are able to provide proof of liability insurance. Your organization can be added to our policy for your event for $175.00.
Pre-exsiting health conditions:
Individuals with head, neck, back or other muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, individuals with pre-existing injuries, small infants, children under the age of 3, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
Rental Unit Problems:
In the event of any problems with the operation of the rental unit(s), it is the client's responsibilty to contact the company immediately at 410-496-JUMP. If there is no answer, you must leave a detailed message with the name of the renter, location of the unit, contact phone number, and the problem with the unit(s) operation. We will make every effort to respond via telephone or in person to your location immediately and address the problem.
Returned check policy:
In the event that a check is returned to BACKYARD BOUNCE PARTY RENTAL, LLC for insufficient funds customer agrees to pay the total rental price as well as an additional $50.00 fee to BACKYARD BOUNCE PARTY RENTAL, LLC in cash immediately upon notice.

All prices are subject to MD 6% sales tax unless the company paying for the equipment is a non-profit organization. All non-profits must provide a copy of proof for our records.
